The 6 person villa is fully equipped and the large palm garden has a beautiful swimming pool with comfortable loungers and several comfortable seatings. At the pool you will find a very nice outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue.
This villa is the only real holiday!
On the ground floor there is a lower part with a cozy sitting room / lounge with flatscreen satelite T.V.
At the level of the kitchen is the dining room. From the dining room you have direct access to the covered terrace and the garden.
Open kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven with grill, dishwasher, coffee machine, nespresso, water cooker, toaster, etc.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer and microwave. Ironing board an iron available.

If the guest has made a payment, they will receive:
• 75% refund if cancelled 8 weeks before check-in.
• No refund if cancelled less than 8 weeks before check-in.

La casa es impresionante, en una zona muy tranquila pero a 5 minutos de Calpe y de las playas. La casa tiene todos los detalles posibles y hemos estado muy a gusto con los niños. Sin duda, para repetir. La atención de Jan inmejorable.

Vanwege covid19 was het helaas niet mogelijk om te gaan en moesten wij onze boeking annuleren. Ik heb Jan ervaren als een super aardige, betrouwbare en behulpzame man. Jan reageerde snel op mijn vragen. Is elk woord na gekomen. Voor ons staat het al vast. Wij gaan volgend jaar naar dit huis, omdat het allereerst een prachtig vakantiehuis is op de foto's en vanwege het contact met jan!

Cette ville de Calpe est magnifique et cette villa est sublime. La villa est identique au descriptif, sa piscine est un bonheur pour notre famille. Nous avons passés notre temps dehors sur la terrasse. Cette ville de Calpe est idéale pour les ados. Les nuits sont animées, et idéal pour les familles. Merci à Jan pour sa villa de rêve et Jacob pour son accueil.

A nice and well kept villa in a very quiet (in early June) neighbourhood situated close to the services. Plenty of space for a family with two adults and three pre-teen children.

Casa muy bonita en una zona tranquila a poca distancia de todos los servicios y playas ,a destacar la limpieza y el orden de toda la estancia como interior y exterior.

La casa es una maravilla, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar: menaje, lavadora, secadora, barbacoa.. todavía mejor en realidad que en las fotos intimidad y tranquilidad a 2km del centro de Calpe y supermercados. Piscina amplia y soleada. Relax absoluto. El dueño muy accesible y dispuesto a ayudar. La empresa que gestiona el alquiler también perfecta.
